What is the Daily Fix?

A daily 5-minute reflective ritual paired with a psychological insight and a real quote from history. Nine themes rotate: Boundaries, Self-Worth, Smaller Stillnesses, Reclaiming, Grief, Joy, Gratitude, Being Seen, and Courage.

What is the Course Journal?

Every section in every SoulDesire course has a private note box. Everything you write across every course is aggregated into a downloadable PDF — your personal Course Journal. Open it at /courses/my-journal.

Does SoulDesire offer corporate or B2B services?

Not at present. SoulDesire is direct-to-individual only. We may consider B2B offerings in the future.

Is SoulDesire the same as 'Soul Desire' on social media?

The canonical platform is SoulDesire (one word) at https://souldesire.org. Older social-media accounts under the name 'Soul Desire' (two words) are unrelated to this platform.

How do I delete my account?

From your settings page. Personal content (journals, reflections, course notes) is permanently deleted; basic account information is retained for legal compliance.
